Set 0f 4 lightweight con rods in 817M40 forged steel weighing 459g

Standard length 5.75" Cooper 'S' 1.625" conrod for use with standard 20.66mm gudgeon pins. Conrod weight 459g. Manufactured in the UK by Arrow Precision Engineering to correct lightest safe weight for rod stresses . These are "I" type con rods not H section-read our website for details into reason for using the original design but updated. Bolts used are ARP 2000 bolts available as C-AEG518.

For longer 6"rods with smaller 18mm pin when using special race pistons see C-AEG625--these should contain instructions on con rod bolt torque settings which are done by the safer method of "bolt stretch" do not torque as per workshop manual on these special rods
